Living a mission-driven life is difficult. It’s something I struggle with daily, but I still try to approach every planning meeting, project, initiative, campaign with this mindset.
I try to see the person on the other side of every email or direct mail campaign as more than a click or view or purchase. Everyone has their own experiences and struggles that make them who they are. Their worldview is most likely not my own, but what is it that binds us? How can I positively influence their lives? My main goal with any new initiative is to be useful, practical, and if the situation calls for it, funny when interacting with my colleagues, the public, or through my work.
